We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you do wish to return the goods for any reason, please do so within 14 days enclosing the order note sent with the order.
Refunds are processed weekly but please allow up to 14 days, you will receive an email confirming your refund has been processed.

We can only accept items that are returned unused with original tags attached and have not been worn or altered. 

Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Earrings due to hygiene reasons, Nail Varnishes or Fragrances including Home Fragrances, unless the item is faulty.

Returns from the EU or worldwide must have a customs declaration attached stating returning goods originating from the EEC and the box OTHER ticked.

We are not liable for the payment of return postage.
